New appointments of this 35th edition inaugurated online, the "Brest from 6 to 7" are meeting times for festival professionals. Directors, producers, TV and Web broadcasters, actors and actresses, programmers, members of the jury and the festival team will be there for a convivial moment of exchanges and sharing!

This year the festival is a partner of the European Short Pitch, an initiative that aims to support young European filmmakers in the making of short films. After a scriptwriting workshop, the adventure continues online with the co-production forum. We would love you to discover the 12 European short film projects selected, the 2 work-in-progress films in the final stages of completion, and 2 upcoming Finnish producers!

SHORT-MEETING

FRIDAY 13 NOVEMBER - 2PM (on registration)

The challenge is to connect professionals with one another so that the meeting of future project partners can take place via the festival. In the days leading up to the festival, we sent professionals a list of what they want to find in Brest, are looking for or have to offer. The goal is to organize meetings during the event in order to promote exchanges and collaborations for a future project. This large-scale “speed-dating” encounter will be the second of its kind (but the fist online!) and may see new avenues for future films emerge.
