La vie d'une tribu Kanak est perturbée par l'arrivée progressive de la modernité. Iabe, jeune Kanak, voit d'un mauvais oeil ce changement et se perd entre ses traditions et cette modernité.
The life of a Melanesian tribe is disrupted by the progressive arrival of modern life. Iabe, a young Melanesian, finds this change very hard to cope with and gets lost between tradition and modernity.
