Sur la jetée d’Orly, un enfant est frappé par le visage d’une femme qui regarde mourir un homme. Plus tard, après la Troisième Guerre mondiale qui a détruit Paris, les survivants se terrent dans les souterrains de Chaillot où des techniciens expérimentent le voyage dans le Temps.
On the quayside at Orly, a child is entranced by the face of a woman who is watching a man dying. Later, after the Third World War has destroyed Paris, the survivors are holed up in the underground area under Chaillot where technicians are experimenting with time-travel.
