Seul au milieu d’une forêt, Solal, onze ans, équipé d’un détecteur de champs magnétiques recherche sa mère disparue, persuadé qu’elle s’est faite enlever par des extraterrestres. Sa rencontre avec Léna, une adolescente fugueuse intriguée par son comportement, va bouleverser sa quête.
