En 2050, la médecine est remplacée par une machine : le Sherlock. Super scanner qui non seulement diagnostique mais soigne suivant les moyens du patient. Le docteur n'est plus qu'un conseiller financier qui propose des assurances, des mutuelles et... des solutions plus ou moins radicales.
In 2050, medicine has been replaced by a machine, the Sherlock. It's a scanner that gives a diagnosis then a treatment that corresponds to the patient's ability to pay. The doctors are simply financial advisors selling insurance plans and other, more radical, alternatives.
