Who do we think of when a delicious dish is revealed? Perhaps nothing more than the present moment, what lies there before us. Yet behind the walls of a restaurant unfolds an invisible world: a vast universe, guided by the rhythm of the seasons and carried by a shared value — that of togetherness.
