QUENTIN NOZET

Quentin Nozet is a screenwriter and director from Brittany. He grew up in a rural setting, between the ocean and the winds, at the end of the world. After studying physical chemistry and completing his PhD in 2020, he shifted his focus to screenwriting and directing by joining the École Kourtrajmé and then La Cité Européenne des Scénaristes. His first short film, Écrémé, has been screened at numerous festivals and has won several awards. He is currently working in animation on various television series as a screenwriter and is developing his own personal projects, ranging from novels to television series. Three of his short films are currently in production, including one that will be shot in spring 2027. He is currently developing his first feature film. All his works explore, in one way or another, the themes of grief, coming of age, rural life and depopulation, whilst always emphasising the intimacy of his characters.

Screenings at La Méridienne do not require a ticket: they are free to attend and open to everyone.
