The Festival is a space for artistic freedom; here are a few tips to help you enjoy it to the fullest:
Marked in green on the schedule: Screenings specifically tailored for young audiences, with the recommended minimum age indicated.
The rest of the program is generally intended for a “mature” audience. Generally for ages 14 and up, unless otherwise noted: some screenings include a content warning (!) while others are family-friendly for ages 10 and up (*)
For audience members who would like details on sensitive topics featured in the films, you can now refer to the Trigger Warning.
Under the Ocean
This film and talk event offers a journey into the heart of the oceans through four films and a discussion to exchange perspectives, in the company of a film director and a marine scientist. A unique opportunity to reflect, from both scientific and artistic perspectives, on how cinema portrays the oceans, the challenges they face and the way we understand them.
In partnership with ISblue and the European University Institute of the Sea at the University of Brest (IUEM/UBO)
In the presence of director Nicolas Devienne and Manuelle Philippe, a research engineer in sustainability sciences at the IUEM
