Bilal et ses amis passent leur été à pêcher et à glander sur les bords de Seine. Bilal n’est pas pêcheur, pas flambeur, pas dragueur. Tout va changer pour lui lorsqu'il voit passer une étrange créature féminine nue dans l’eau. Bilal la cherche alors sans relâche.
Bilal and his friends spend their summer fishing and hanging out on the banks of the Seine. Bilal is not a fisherman, nor is he a show-off or a flirt. Everything will change for him when he sees a strange female creature naked in the water and begins a tireless search for her.
