De nos jours, alors que nous avons oublié la dure réalité du communisme, aujourd'hui perçu par les jeunes générations comme « vintage » et « cool » , une adolescente roumaine doit se confronter aux multiples strates du régime et ses répercussions dans le présent.
Nowadays, when the harsh realities of Communism have been forgotten, being misperceived by the younger generations as 'vintage' and 'cool', a Romanian teenage girl is faced with the many layers of the regime and its contemporary repercussions.
